About Us

The Untouchables Flooring Contractors have been in the business of laying flooring for almost 30 years. We may not have a fancy showroom or employ eager salespeople but that is because we do not need them. Our people are experienced flooring specialists, from the Managing Director to the labourer sweeping your floor, our only goal is to give the customer what they want and not what we want to sell them.

From designing homes with our residential customers, to supply & installing commercial floors for our contract customers, we have the necessary skills & experience to complete any job.

Our flooring team has over 100 years of floor laying experience between them and have laid almost all types of floorcoverings to any surface (including walls!).

What is the SSIP core criteria?

To gain this certificate our business must be able to show that we meet the core criteria. All SSIP member schemes will require this information and below you can see a breakdown of what areas we need to meet.

SSIP accreditation is important because it demonstrates that our company has met the core criteria for health and safety assessment. These criteria include compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), risk assessment and management, and training and competence.

From the moment you contact us, you become one of our family and we will strive to give you the floor of your dreams at a budget which suits. We can tackle any job that you bring our way. From a small W/C to a 100,000 SqFt superstore, we have done it all. Safety Flooring, LVT, Carpets & Carpet Tiles, does not matter to us as long as you are happy with your floor when we are done.
